The history of Magnify247.com has included focused, purposeful changes to better meet changing customer needs. Our most recent change is in how we provide support and service.
As of February 2023, Magnify247 will be working with all clients (residential and business) through an annual Baseline Security & Support Subscription rather than on a case-by-case basis. The Baseline Subscription is a more proactive approach to Security and Support that is very affordable and is billed annually. These subscriptions are required for each workstation.*

- Proactive Remote Support (Helpdesk, 24/7 Management, and Real-time Application Updates)

We also recommend cloud-based data backup, although it is not included in the subscription. Email us for more information and pricing if you are interested in cloud-based data backup.
For current clients not already subscribed, you can begin your annual Baseline Security & Support Subscription by submitting a support request via the Ticketing agent on your desktop or via our website Request Form.
If you would rather opt out, we can refer you to a computer support technician who can assist you on a need-by-need basis. Any current subscriptions you have with Magnify247 will continue until their expiration dates at which point your account with us will be closed.
* NOTE: Baseline Security components are currently applicable to Windows-PC systems only and are not available for Apple MacOS at this time.
The software vendors are developing versions for those systems and we will let you know when they are available.
